Poultry Waste Treatment - BioTreat
PW100 is an innovative, eco-friendly waste treatment
formulation containing biodegradable organic compounds
developed specifically to facilitate the cost effective
treatment of poultry
waste and effluents.
BioTreat PW100 is a dry free flowing powder consisting
of waste digesting microbes, enzymes, non-ionic surfactants
and natural growth stimulating materials. BioTreat PW100
is an environmentally-friendly alternative to chemical
treatment of poultry waste material. BioTreat PW100
was developed to facilitate management of poultry effluents
by diminishing nitrogenous wastes, bedding, manure,
carcasses, feathers and volatile fatty acids. The microbes
and hydrolytic enzymes biodegrade fats, oils, starches
and proteins. This reduces high BOD and offensive odour
generated by anaerobic digestion of these materials.
BioTreat PW100 facilitates liquefaction of organic waste
in an environmentally sound manner, reduces odour, BOD
and TSS. As an additional benefit, the resulting litter
and product can be used as a valuable fertiliser for
soil amendment.
BioTreat PW100 comprises a proprietary blend of non-ionic
surfactants, naturally-occurring microbes, enzymes and
growth stimulating nutrients.
