Manure Composter - BioTreat MC50 is
an innovative biological manure
composter specifically formulated to accelerate
the conversion of manure into nutrient-rich humus.
BioTreat MC50 is a unique blend of naturally-occurring
microbes that speed-up the breakdown of manure, hay,
straw and shavings by rapidly composting residual proteins,
fats and other macromolecular products from undigested
food particles to create humus. The compost formed is
an excellent soil additive on fields, gardens and flowerbeds.
The increased temperatures (up to 60oC -75oC) generated
destroys parasites, weed seeds, viruses and pathogens.
BioTreat MC50 fixes and converts inorganic ammonium
into organic nitrogen compounds reducing the leaching
of ammonium into groundwater. This process helps users
comply with legislation associated with the use of manure,
due to the impact of its inorganic ammonium compounds
upon the environment, and also aids with waste minimisation
strategies and programmes.
BioTreat CP50 is available in both liquid and powder
formulations and comprises selected thermophilic and
mesophilic bacterial cultures at >1011 cfu per kilogram.
