Aquarium Fish Treatment

Aquarium Fish Treatment - BioTreat AQ150 is an innovative aquarium fish treatment product. This biological aquarium fish treatment comprises naturally-occurring bacteria, enzymes and micro nutrients and has been developed specifically for ponds, fish tanks, aquariums and aquatic environments.

BioTreat AQ150 is a unique biological formulation of naturally-occurring bacteria enzymes and micro-nutrients. When BioTreat AQ150 is introduced into water, its bacteria compete with any pathogenic bacteria for nutrients in the water. The nutrients are primarily nitrogen-based food sources originating from the waste produced by the fish. BioTreat AQ150 bacteria acts to out-competes the pathogens for these nutrients; this starves the pathogens and so reduces their number. This process, which is known as Competitive Exclusion is extremely effective and has been shown to reduce pathogens such as Aeromonas and Pseudomonas. Pathogen numbers are reduced to such a level that they no longer adversely affect the fish.

BioTreat AQ150 also reduces the amount of fish waste resulting in a cleaner environment for the fish. Such a cleaner, healthier environment enhances fish well-being and also permits unhindered healthy, natural growth.
